Job Profile:
Primarily revenue generating i.e. Sales / Marketing Profile.
Shall be responsible for 2-3 clients (called as business accounts) of the company.
Shall be required to identify new business opportunities within the account and do necessary cross-selling and up-selling of various services offered by the company.
Shall be responsible for meeting the revenue targets with required profitability.
Responsible to maintain relationship with clients at different levels.
Shall be required to manage the deployed operations team at client site.
Managing day-to-day operations and addressing all the problems of the account.
Periodically maintaining and updating account records with changes.
Periodic reporting and feedback to the management for the review purpose
