Job Description:
Relationship Development & Management with Key Clients to ensure retention and growth of revenue
Responsible for generating revenues from current client relations and analyzing revenues to maximize benefit
Maximize add-on business from each Client
Strategies and drive campaigns, ensuring 100% client satisfaction
Communicate to the existing Clients about campaign updates and numbers on regular basis and act as a SPOC for all campaign related queries and issues
Ensuring timely delivery of Campaigns
Is expected to co-ordinate with the operations team and Engineering team to generate qualitative outputs that exceed client expectations.
Skills Required:
Knowledge in Client servicing/Key Account Management/Relationship Management
Excellent people and management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, clients and partners
Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and online advertising
Service and client relations oriented with ability to successfully network with leading decision-makers and all levels of management and personnel
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions
Excellent communication & interpersonal personal skills
